vLearning Server

Total Control Over Users, Content and Metrics The vLearning Server gives the administrator total control over registration of users, content, devices and metrics reports. It establishes the communication to all mobile devices and offers a wide range of networking management features. It also serves as the interface to any Learning Management System. In the left panel there is a list of seven possible functions:
These are the registered vMobiLearn Apps in mobile devices.
Click on "Applications" to select from two options open, "Browse" and "Search"
  • Browse allows the user to access groups of vMobiLearn Apps and eventually access a specific App (Mobile Device) edit page.
  • Search allows to enter the name of a specific App (Mobile Device) to access it’s edit page.
These are the groups in which registered vMobiLearn Apps in mobile devices are organized for specific permissions.
Click on "Application Groups" to select from two options, "Browse" and "Search"
  • Browse allows the user to access Applications Groups edit page, add a subgroup to the Applications Groups and assign a specific Application to the groups.
  • Search allows to enter the name of a specific Applications Group to access it’s edit page, add a subgroup to the Applications Group and assign a specific Application to the group.
These are the registered content modules in mobile devices. They can be one of three types vLearning Course, Web Presentation and xAPI (Tin Can) Course.
Click on "Content" to select from two options, "Browse" and "Search"
  • Browse
    • Allows the user to access groups of Content
    • Access a specific Content edit page.
    • Add any of three types of content to the server. These are vLearning Course, Web Presentation and xAPI (Tin Can) Course.
    • Select a Course (Content Module) and deleted.
  • Search allows to enter the name of a specific Content to access it’s edit page.

  • Browse allows the user to access Content Groups edit page, add a subgroup to the Content Groups and assign a specific Content to the groups.
  • Search allows to search the name of a specific Content Group to access it’s edit page, add a subgroup to the Applications Group and assign a specific Application to the group.
These are the registered Users in the vLS server.
Click on "Users" to select from two options, "Browse" and "Search"
  • Browse
    • Allows the user to access groups of Users
    • Access a specific User edit page.
    • Add Users to the server.
    • Select a User to delete.
  • Search allows to enter the name of a specific User to access it’s edit page.

  • Browse allows the user to access User Groups edit page, add a subgroup to the User Groups and assign a specific User to the groups.
  • Search allows to search the name of a specific Content Group to access it’s edit page, add a subgroup to the Applications Group and assign a specific Application to the group.
Currently, when the user clicks this function it will list standard reports. Our clients can order customized reports. The standard reports are:
